RBM started the way most decent ideas do—out of frustration. We kept buying tents that looked great in the photos and fell apart the first time weather actually showed up. Seams that leaked. Poles that bent. Zippers that jammed when your hands were cold and your patience was gone. So we stopped buying and started building.
We make tents for people who actually use them. Not weekend warriors looking for Instagram backdrops, but the folks who check the forecast, shrug, and go anyway. Our designs come from real trips—the kind where you learn what matters (bombproof stakes, intuitive setup in fading light) and what doesn’t (fancy color options, unnecessary pockets). Every tent we sell has been field-tested by people who’d rather sleep in the rain than admit they brought the wrong gear.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery. A tracking number is sent via email once the order ships.
Items should be completely dry before storage to prevent mold or mildew. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keeping items loosely folded or rolled—rather than tightly compressed—helps maintain material integrity over time.
Yes, replacement parts such as poles, stakes, and carrying bags can be ordered separately. Contact customer support with the model name and a description of the needed part to check availability and pricing.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. To start a return, contact customer support for a return authorization number. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.
If an item arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the damage, then reach out to customer support within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or refund will be arranged after reviewing the claim.
Most items include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper setup is not covered. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
